Weather forecast to turn wet, cooler in parts of northern Taiwan Friday

Temperatures are expected to drop in areas of northern Taiwan on Friday, while the sunny skies will give way to rain, due to seasonal northeasterly winds, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said Thursday.
