Constitutional Court rules penalty for selling Category 1 narcotics too heavy

Taiwan's Constitutional Court on Friday ruled that the current law that indiscriminately penalizes people who sell Category 1 narcotics with a maximum sentence of death or life imprisonment is partially unconstitutional given that there are cases where offenses were extremely minor.
