Precautionary measures implemented across Taiwan for Typhoon Doksuri

A total of 11 cities and counties across Taiwan set up emergency operation centers after a land warning was issued for Typhoon Doksuri by the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) on Tuesday and a series of precautionary measures were rolled out across the country.
