Trial on minimum temperature for restaurants, food courts to launch

A trial program will be introduced on Monday requiring participating restaurants and food courts to set air-conditioning at 23 degrees Celsius during dining hours, paving the way for a permanent legal measure in 2025, the Ministry of Economics Affairs (MOEA) said Sunday.
