Trains in Changhua running on time again after 3 days of signal malfunction

Train services in Changhua County returned to normal schedule on Sunday, after three days of problems caused by intermittent malfunctioning of the signal system, which resulted in delays during the busy Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, according to Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA).
