Taiwan on alert for African swine fever ahead of Dragon Boat Festival

Taiwan still faces a substantial threat from African swine fever (ASF), the Customs Administration said Tuesday, urging people not to bring pork illegally into the country ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival on June 3, a peak season for gift giving.
