Typhoon Chanthu moves north, bringing heavy rain to northern Taiwan

As Typhoon Chanthu moves towards the north, heavy rain is expected in Taipei, New Taipei, mountainous areas of northern Taiwan, and Yilan County in the northeast on Sunday afternoon, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
