Tour bus driver charged in fatal accident on Suhua Highway

The tour bus driver who was at the wheel when his bus crashed into an embankment on the Suhua Highway earlier this year, leaving six people dead, was indicted on negligent homicide charges by Yilan prosecutors Tuesday.
