Taipower to rotate areas affected if future outages occur

State-run Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower) said Wednesday that it had revised its emergency response guidelines so that alternating areas will be affected if supply shortages force it to initiate future power outages, after many of the same areas were hit by two rounds of rolling blackouts over the last week.
