Mercury to fall below 10 degrees in northern, central Taiwan

Temperatures in northern and central parts of Taiwan will likely drop below 10 degrees Celsius from Monday afternoon to Tuesday morning due to the effects of a cold wave, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) forecast Monday.
