It is still uncertain if the tropical storm, Atsani, which is some 1,000 kilometers east southeast of Taiwan's southernmost part, will affect the island, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday, as Typhoon Goni impacts the Philippines and Vietnam.
