Taipei to form cab fleet to transport home-quarantined residents

Taipei Deputy Mayor Vivian Huang (黃珊珊) said on Monday that the city will form a fleet of cabs to help city residents subject to home quarantine seek medical treatment at a time when COVID-19 coronavirus continues unabated.
