Pollution driving away foreign talent from Taiwan

Poor air quality is driving away an increasing number of foreign professionals from Taiwan, at the same time as the country is working to attract more foreign talent, opposition Kuomintang (KMT) legislator Chiang Chi-chen (江啟臣) warned on Friday.
