Prosecutors search Wei Chuan offices, question former chairman

Prosecutors in charge of the investigation into Wei Chuan Food Corp. for allegedly using substandard oil launched a major operation Thursday night to search the food giant's Taipei headquarters and other facilities and question witnesses, including its former chairman.
