DPP supports Wuchiu Township's opposition to nuclear waste

The opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) expressed support Tuesday for the people of the island township of Wuchiu in their opposition a day earlier to plans to make the remote group of islets in the Taiwan Strait a site for nuclear waste disposal.
