'Grandma Puli' battles age and illness to help youth

As the elderly woman got out of a car at a parking lot near the Liang-shean Tang Foundation complex in Puli township, she was greeted with shouts of "Grandma, Grandma" from a group of teenagers waiting nearby for shuttle bus to take them to night school.
