ARATS vice chief falls while being mobbed by protestors

Visiting Vice President Zhang Mingqing of China's Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) , was allegedly knocked over by pro-Taiwan independence supporters while on a private tour to the Confucius Temple in Tainan City Tuesday.
