TSMC ranks as No. 3 chip supplier in H1; MediaTek No. 15

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) was the world's third largest chip supplier in the first half of 2019 while Taiwan-based MediaTek Inc. made the list of the top 15 IC chip suppliers for the first time, according to a recent market survey.
