Outgoing Japanese envoy receives medal from President Tsai

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) conferred the Order of the Brilliant Star with Special Grand Cordon on outgoing Japanese envoy to Taiwan Hiroyasu Izumi on Monday, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the promotion of cordial bilateral relations.
