Ex-NATO deputy chief praises Taiwan as responsible Indo-Pacific stakeholder

A former North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) deputy chief praised Taiwan for being a "responsible stakeholder" that is open to dialogue and working toward de-escalating tensions in the Indo-Pacific region, during a Taipei forum on Thursday.
