Palau president invites Taiwan runners to join summer marathon

Palauan President Surangel Whipps Jr. extended an invitation to people in Taiwan and around the world to visit his country this summer to participate in an upcoming international marathon, during a stopover at a Taiwan airport on Wednesday night.
