Top government watchdog probes Taoyuan over child abuse cases

Three Control Yuan members are looking into whether Taoyuan authorities were negligent in their handling of alleged child abuse cases at a skilled care facility in Taoyuan, including one in January resulting in the death of a five-year-old autistic boy.
