POW sufferings remembered in Taiwan on 75th anniversary of end of WWII

A series of activities were held in Taiwan Saturday to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II and the sufferings of thousands of prisoners of war (POWs) of the Japanese in Taiwan during that bloody conflict.
