Premier Lin Chuan (林全) said Monday that the government has been taking measures to improve Taiwan's economy, such as by creating more investment opportunities, improving the nation's competitiveness, increasing investment in infrastructure construction, strengthening cooperation between the industrial and academic sectors, and recruiting talent.
