Premier vows to protect rights of Taiwanese fishermen

Premier Simon Chang (張善政) reaffirmed Thursday that the Diaoyutai Islands in the East China Sea are an inherent part of Republic of China territory and that the government will firmly protect the rights of Taiwanese fishermen to fish in the area.
