Airport MRT behind schedule due to poor design, land speculation: Ko

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) said Sunday that the completion of a mass rapid transit line between Taipei and the county's main airport has been delayed because of the construction design and a scheme by property speculators along the route to maximize profits.
