Taipei, Oct. 7 (CNA) The ruling Kuomintang's Central Standing Committee unanimously passed a resolution on Wednesday to call a extraordinary party congress to discuss a proposal to replace its presidential candidate, Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱).
