KMT digs in heels in nuke dispute with DPP

The legislative caucus of the ruling Kuomintang (KMT) refused to budge Sunday despite an offer by the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) to concede in return for the ruling party's nod to its proposal for an easier referendum on the country's fourth nuclear plant.
