German representative lauds President Ma's peace initiative

President Ma Ying-jeou's East China Sea Peace Initiative is a good way to solve the territorial dispute over the Diaoyutai Islands, Michael Zickerick, director-general of the German Institute in Taipei, said Wednesday.
