Three street cats pictured in this undated photo have just been caught as part of a trap, neuter, return project led by Joanne Wu (吳喬安) in Nangan Township on the Matsu Islands. The project has raised NT$90,000 (US$3,055) a year over the past four years and neutered or spayed 318 stray cats. CNA photo July 21, 2020
