Last 'English Schweitzer' from foreign teacher program departs Kinmen

An expat English teacher returned home to the United States Wednesday, the last member of a group of foreign volunteers who taught in Kinmen as a part of the "English Schweitzers" social welfare program funded by a Taiwanese foundation that ended on the offshore island in 2013.
