President Tsai leads final memorial to 1958 Kinmen artillery bombardment

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) on Wednesday led her final remembrance service as Taiwan's commander in chief for those killed during the successful 1958 defense of Kinmen against a Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) invasion.
