MAC slams 'wishful thinking' and 'lies' in China's Taiwan white paper

Taiwan's Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) on Wednesday blasted China's newly released white paper on Taiwan as "full of wishful thinking and disregard for facts" while reaffirming its position that neither side of the Taiwan Strait is under the jurisdiction of the other.
