Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) Chairman Mark Liu (劉德音) said that a Chinese invasion of Taiwan would render TSMC's factories "non-operable" and create "great economic turmoil" on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
