U.S. dollar closes higher on Taipei forex market

Taipei, July 28 (CNA) The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Monday, gaining NT$0.063 to close at NT$29.523.

Turnover totaled US$1.167 billion during the trading session.

The greenback opened at NT$29.452 and moved between NT$29.450 and NT$29.524 before the close.
