Micron's first production of 1-gamma nm process set for Taiwan

U.S.-based dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chip supplier Micron Technology Inc. said Taiwan will be its first location to produce its most advanced DRAMs in 2025, despite announcing Thursday that it will invest heavily in Japan.
