Manufacturing activity continues to expand but pace slows

Taiwan's manufacturing activity continued to expand in April but an index gauging the industry fell from a month earlier, indicating that the pace of the expansion had slowed, the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) said Tuesday.
