Morris Chang (張忠謀), chairman of contract chip maker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC, 台積電), is expected to pocket NT$875 million (US$29.06 million) in cash dividends issued by the company after shareholders approved a dividend proposal Thursday.
