The U.S. dollar fell against the Taiwan dollar Thursday, shedding NT$0.066 to close at NT$32.279 as the local currency recouped its earlier losses on the back of the strength of other regional units, in particular the Japanese yen, after the Bank of Japan (BOJ) refrained from further easing its monetary policy, dealers said.
