Taiwan seeks to sign economic agreement with the Philippines

Economics Minister John Deng (鄧振中) said on Thursday he will tell Philippine officials the following day at a bilateral ministerial meeting why signing an economic cooperation agreement (ECA) with Taiwan would be a mutually beneficial move.
