Former Vice President Vincent Siew said Wednesday that if the Legislature passes a trade-in-services agreement with China, it will help Taiwan's efforts to participate in regional economic blocs such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
