Taiwan helping prepare firms for trade liberalization

To ease the potential impact of trade liberalization on vulnerable businesses, the government is carrying out several measures to support small- and medium-sized enterprises and help them upgrade their operations, the Ministry of Economic Affairs said Tuesday.
