MOEA mulls impact of HP's decision to spin off computer business

The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has  made a preliminary, if incomplete, analysis of the impact  Hewlett-Packard's (HP) plan to divest its personal computer business  would have on Taiwan's PC supply chain.
