Japanese encephalitis cases hit three-year high: CDC

There have been 19 Japanese encephalitis cases in Taiwan so far this year as of July 11, already exceeding the number of cases seen in both 2013 and 2014, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said Wednesday.
