Taiwan records 2nd death this year from hemorrhagic dengue fever

A 68-year-old man in Kaohsiung City died of hemorrhagic dengue fever Aug. 19, three days after the first fatality of the year from the mosquito-borne tropical disease was recorded, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said Thursday.
