Taiwan, Oregon sign reciprocal driver's license accord

Taiwan and the U.S. state of Oregon have signed a driver's license reciprocity agreement that allows the citizens of the two sides to exchange their driver's license for a local license without having to take a road test, according to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Seattle.
