Deputy interior minister to serve as Cabinet deputy secretary general

Taiwan's government announced several personnel changes in the Cabinet Saturday, including the appointment of Deputy Interior Minister Hsiao Chia-chi to be the deputy secretary general of the Executive Yuan.
