Court to begin trying case of legislative speaker vs. KMT

A district court will hear the case of Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng versus the ruling Kuomintang (KMT) for the first time Wednesday in a legal battle that could decide whether Wang can stay on as president of the Legislative Yuan, but probably only theoretically.
