StarLux to woo passengers with 'high-end services': chairman

Taiwanese startup airline StarLux Airlines will seek to differentiate itself from its competition through high-end services, chairman Chang Kuo-wei (張國煒) said earlier this week, when the carrier unveiled its uniform and cabin design.
