The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday that it would impose tariffs of up to 456 percent on imports of steel products originating in Taiwan and South Korea and transshipped to Vietnam for minor processing, saying the former two had been circumventing its anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties.
